Hamlet returns home from his studies at Wittenberg Film School to find his world turned upside down. After a visit from the ghost of his dead father, Hamlet is compelled to direct a new blockbuster based on the sinister events of the past four months in Elsinore Castle. Hamlet’s play within a film within a film within a play receives a mauling from critics and family alike. The screening has serious repercussions that spread throughout the kingdom.
Expect the unexpected and steel yourself for a comedy of tragic proportions. A punchy patchwork of pentameter, punnery and pulp fiction. Perfect for die-hard Bardics or newcomers to Willy.
