Kieran Brown, London’s newest Phantom of the Opera will perform his new cabaret show “Once Upon A Song” is THIS Sunday at the lovely Lauderdale House in North London.
Lauderdale House’s cabaret season offers audiences the chance to see leading West End performers at close quarters. Running two seasons per year, they aim to cheer up those dark and dreary periods of the year – February to March and October to December.
Previous performers have included Stephen Ashfield, Kit & the Widow, Rebecca Caine, Dianne Pilkington, Daniel Koek, Hadley Fraser, Tiffany Graves and Ramin Karimloo. This season looks amazing – do come along! Each performer treats you to 45 minutes of songs and chat introduced by our host for this season Valerie Cutko. Overlooking the lovely Waterlow Park we can promise a warm and cosy afternoon of fun and talent to keep the autumn chill at bay!
Kieran is currently cover Phantom in The Phantom Of the Opera and has made several appearances in the West-End, including cover Dr Dillamond/Wizard in Wicked, cover Raoul in Love Never Dies and Les Miserables (Palace Theatre & 25th Anniversary concert).
His TV appearances include Taggart, Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) and The Birth of a Nation on BBC1. Kieran will be performing Once Upon A Song – A Magical Musical Cabaret with special guests from various West End shows.
Support act, April Nicholson’s theatre credits include The Full Monty and The Buccaneer and her TV credits include The First Churchills and Daniel Deronda on BBC1. She has previously appeared at Lauderdale House as a snoring queen and a bonkers Witch in the Halloween Spooky walks!
When speaking about the upcoming cabaret, Kieran said “I really hope some of you can make it. Preparing some magical treats and some fun for the audience before the show, and the songs (and my amazing guests) should really help it sparkle! Booze, sweets, cartoonish treats, Passey & Princes and more, a lamp and a shoe, there’s magic to do, who could ask for anything more?!? Oh and a chance to help raise some money for the Great Phantom Charity Cycle! What you waiting for??”
Book now to see Kieran Brown at 4.30pm on Sunday 8 March at Lauderdale House in Highgate. And the most exciting thing of all is, I’ll be there too!!
