The Cast of London West End Musical HAMILTON 2026

New casting announced for the London production of HAMILTON from Monday, 15 June 2026 at the Victoria Palace Theatre.

As previously announced, Leslie Odom, Jr. will play the role of Aaron Burr from 3 July – 5 September.

Leslie will not be appearing Monday 27, Tuesday 28 or Wednesday 29 July, during this time the role will be played by Yeukayi Ushe.

MORE ABOUT THE NEW CAST OF HAMILTON

Stephenson Ardern-Sodje (Alexander Hamilton) started his theatre career in the original London cast of Hamilton. His other theatre credits include the role of Simba in Disney’s The Lion King both in the West End and on the UK and Ireland tour, as well as productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Tempest, and As You Like It at Shakespeare’s Globe.

Yeukayi Ushe’s (Aaron Burr) West End stage credits include The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, Motown the Musical at the Shaftesbury Theatre, and The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre. His other credits include Disney’s Aladdin, Kinky Boots, Wonderland, and Avenue Q, all on UK tours.

Georgina Onuorah (Angelica Schuyler) is a two-time Olivier Award nominee for her roles as Fiona in Brigadoon and Lulu in Shucked, both at the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, the latter of which also received a Black British Theatre Award nomination. Her further theatre credits include Second Witch in All Is But Fantasy at the RSC, Lois Lane in Kiss Me, Kate at the Barbican Theatre, Audrey in Little Shop Of Horrors at the Sheffield Crucible, Ado Annie in Oklahoma! At the Wyndham’s Theatre, Cinderella in Bad Cinderella at the Gillian Lynne Theatre and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium.

Akmed Junior Khemalai (George Washington) returns to Hamilton having played the role in the UK and Ireland tour. His West End credits include Ain’t Too Proud at the Prince Edward Theatre and Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre, and his other theatre credits include Mandela at the Young Vic.

Ashley J. Daniels (Marquis De Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson) returns to Hamilton having performed in the London production at the Victoria Palace Theatre and the UK and Ireland tour. His other theatre credits include Frozen the Musical at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Wonderful Town at Opera Holland Park, Porgy & Bess at Grange Park Opera, Motown the Musical at the Shaftesbury Theatre, Midnight: The Musical at the Union Theatre, Bring It On: The Musical at Southwark Playhouse, Into The Woods at Cockpit Theatre Marylebone, Annie Get Your Gun at the Union Theatre, Get ‘Em Off at Above the Stag Theatre and International Tours of The Producers and Ghost the Musical. 

Alexander Bellinfantie (Hercules Mulligan/James Madison) makes his West End debut in the role. His theatre credits include Black Power Desk at Brixon House, A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the RSC and the UK tour of Coming to England.

Shak Mancel James (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton) returns to Hamilton having played the role in the UK and Ireland tour. His West End credits include Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre, We Will Rock You at the London Coliseum and The Lion King at The Lyceum Theatre. His other theatre credits include UK Tours of Motown The Musical and Hairspray.

Bente Mulan’s (Eliza Hamilton) theatre credits include Alternate Elsa in Disney’s Frozen, Swing and understudy Amneris in Disney’s Aida, Ensemble and first understudy Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin and Thea in Spring Awakening, all in The Netherlands. Her screen credits include Lottie Bell in Wonka, Lion in Dee & Friends in Oz and Princess Yue in Avatar: The Last Airbender – live action.

Jasmine Jia Yung Shen’s (Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds) theatre credits include Standby Schuyler Sister in the Original UK & Ireland Tour company of Hamilton, Aragon in SIX The Musical for Norwegian Cruise Line, Mamma Mia! UK and International tour, and On Hostile Ground at the Royal & Derngate Theatre.

Daniel Boys (King George III) continues with the London cast of Hamilton having previously played the role of King George III in the Original UK & Ireland Tour company. His other West End credits include Falsettos at The Other Palace, The Boys in the Band at the Vaudeville Theatre, Spamalot at the Playhouse Theatre, Avenue Q at the Noel Coward Theatre and RENT at the Prince of Wales Theatre. He has appeared in the national and European tours of The War of the Worlds, Nativity! The Musical, Grease and West Side Story. In concert he has appeared in Treason at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, The Pirate Queen at the London Coliseum, Tommy at the Prince Edward Theatre and Disney’s Enchanted Evening at Hyde Park. On television he has appeared in Netflix’s Obsession, ITV’s Unforgotten and Endeavor and the BBC’s Life After Life, EastEnders, Holby City and Any Dream Will Do.
