PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT CABARET GO MAD FOR CHARITY
21st JANUARY 2014 – Yesterday tickets for a charity cabaret performance of ‘Priscilla Queen of the Desert’ went on sale and half of the seats were sold in just half an hour. The show will be put on in aid of ‘The Make A Difference Trust’ (MAD Trust). It will be held at ‘Le Crazy Coqs’ in Piccadilly Circus on Sunday the 16th March from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Tickets are available from madtrust.ticketsource.co.uk for only £20.00.
100% of the profits will go to the MAD Trust which unites the entertainment industry and its audiences to offer support to people living with HIV, AIDS and other long-term chronic illnesses. Clare Davis, Fundraising Communications Manager for the Trust, said “We are delighted that the Touring cast of Priscilla Queen of the Desert have come forward to help us make a difference by putting on this event”.
