Kerry Ellis and Louise Dearman to appear on the new series of The Curtain Up Show

306276_356146064444402_932139307_nThis Friday, The Curtain Up Show returns to London’s art radio station, Resonance 104.4fm, for a brand new series. Tim McArthur and Nathan Matthews will be joined live in the studio at 4.00pm on Friday 11 September by Alison Arnopp, star of Dusty The Musical at the Charing Cross Theatre; Simon Darwen from the Flare Path UK Tour; and Tim Prottey-Jones from hit new musical Kinky Boots at the Adelphi Theatre, to chat about his new album, To Do. To Be.

On Friday 18 September, Tim and Nathan will be chatting to the cast of See What I Wanna Seeat the Jermyn Street Theatre, and West End leading ladies Kerry Ellis & Louise Dearmanwill be revealing all about their concert at the Prince Edward Theatre on 27 September.

On Friday 2 October, legendary composer Leslie Bricusse will join Tim and Nathan in the studio, along with Dave Willetts & Siobhan McCarthy from the cast of Pure Imagination at the St James Theatre.

This series, listeners will have the chance to go head-to-head with host Tim McArthur in a new quiz. Each week, a listener will have 60 seconds to answer as many theatre related questions as possible, to see if they have what it takes to Out-McArthur McArthur! Tim (having been subjected to very loud music through glittery headphones (in true gameshow style) will have another 60 seconds to defend his title, and prove that he is indeed the stagiest of them all. If the challenger succeeds, not only can they say with pride that that managed to Out-McArthur McArthur, but they will also receive a £20 Theatre Token to put towards seeing a show of their choice!
