Have you ever thought that your dog would make a great stage actor? Could they master their dramatic paws? Are they forever chasing the next good tail? Do they pine for a re-run of Cats?
Mischief Theatre are looking for pooches for a walk on (or carry on) role to appear in their West End Smash Hit Comedy The Play That Goes Wrong, playing at Royal & Derngate Northampton from Monday 12 to Saturday 17 May.
All dogs will be considered so long as they are not afraid of loud noises – no special skills required!
If you think your dog has what it takes to tread the boards then tweet a picture to @mischiefcomedy and @RoyalDerngate with the hashtag #NorthamptonPupIdol or send an email with the subject Northampton Pup Idol and an attachment to [email protected], by 4pm on Friday 2 May.
A commitment to attend at least two performances would be required. The lucky owners will receive a pair of complementary tickets to see the show on their dog’s night off and a complementary two complementary tickets for one of their dog’s performances.
Owners must be prepared to accompany their prize pet back-stage in the theatre.
