Our alarms are set, and we’ve definitely got butterflies…
An Evening of Webborn & Finn – a concert of the work of Michael Webborn & Daniel Finn – comes to St James Theatre on Sunday 20th November. The evening will feature songs from their 2015 smash-hit musical The Clockmaker’s Daughter, their recent MTA production, Animus, and some brand new material.
The Clockmaker’s Daughter won over critics during its sell-out run at the Landor Theatre (and sell-out concert version at St James Studio) and was nominated for a multitude of awards. It was supported by the likes of McFly’s Tom Fletcher, Matt Lucas and Musical Theatre and YouTube sensation Carrie Hope Fletcher. The duo’s second show – Animus, commission by the MTA – debuted at the Bridewell Theatre last month. The MTA student cast of Animus will be joining the show for what is sure to be a spectacular evening of Webborn & Finn’s work.
Cast includes: Sabrina Aloueche, Matthew Croke, Rosie Glossop, Caroline Kay, Joshua LeClair, Alex Lodge, Emily Lynne, Nathaniel Morisson, Lauren James Ray, Sinéad Wall, the graduating year of the MTA, with Paul Brangan as host for the evening. Further casting to be announced.
Director – Robert McWhir
Band – Michael Webborn (MD), Paul Mercer (Percussion), Lauren Forder (Violin), Julia Wagner (Cello) and Doug Grannell (Double Bass).
