KING LEAR comes to Hampstead

In the year of their 40th anniversary, and on the 400th anniversary of the author’s death, the renowned Hampstead Players are proud to present their take on ‘KING LEAR’, the play considered by many to be Shakespeare’s greatest. David Gardner and Annie Duarte direct a powerful cast, with music specially composed for the production. Running time is approximately two and a half hours.

Performances will take place in Hampstead Parish Church, Church Row, NW3, on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Saturday 26th November at 7.30pm, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday 26th. Doors will open half an hour earlier, with wine and soft drinks available before the play and during the interval.
