Beauty on the Piste – A Tale of Old Alpine, Above The Stag Theatre’s annual adult panto is back!
Everyone’s favourite story about Stockholm syndrome gets the pantomime treatment, in this all-new festive show from our multi-award-winning team who brought you last year’s sell-out hit Tinderella amongst our other hits Treasure Island – The Curse of the P earl Necklace and Jack Off the Beanstalk.
It’s ski season in the little Swiss ski resort of Les Dennis, and everything is going downhill. When a yeti with anger issues capture’s young Beau’s father, Beau bravely trades places with the old man, and swaps a life of happy sluttishness for eternal imprisonment – albeit in a really massive castle.
Has Beau seen his last Christmas? Can love thaw the yeti’s frozen heart? Will the beast, please God, at least be a top?
A proper panto for adults, stuffed with delightful silliness, filthy jokes, glorious songs, heart-warming romance, and a plot that just about resembles a much-loved tale as old as time.
