Hot Mess Musical Returns to London for Summer 2026 Season at The Other Palace

The award-winning new British musical Hot Mess returns to London this summer for a strictly limited season at The Other Palace.
Hot Mess will run from Saturday 13 June to Sunday 6 September 2026 with a national press night on Tuesday 23 June 2026.
The show stars Danielle Steers as Earth and Morgan Gregory as Humanity.
Following its world premiere at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025 and subsequent London transfer to Southwark Playhouse in September 2025, Hot Mess has quickly become one of the most talked-about new British musicals, winning a Fringe First Award, the Popcorn Writing Award and Musical Theatre Review’s Best Musical Award alongside widespread critical acclaim.

Created by the award-winning duo behind 42 Balloons, Jack Godfrey and Ellie Coote, Hot Mess is a high-energy original romcom that reimagines the climate crisis as a turbulent love story between Earth and Humanity.

Hot Mess London Cast
Danielle Steers returns to the role of Earth following her acclaimed performances in the show’s sell-out Edinburgh Fringe premiere and Southwark Playhouse transfer. Her theatre credits include Just For One Day at The Old Vic, The Cher Show UK tour, Six the Musical in the West End, Bat Out of Hell at New York City Center, in the West End and in Toronto, Sweet Charity at the Donmar Warehouse and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical in the West End.
Morgan Gregory joins the company as Humanity. His recent theatre credits include The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical on UK tour, Back to the Future: The Musical as part of the original West End cast at the Adelphi, 42 Balloons at The Lowry and Newsies at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. His further credits include Freaky Friday at HOME Manchester and Elf the Musical at the Dominion Theatre.
Mia Quimpo (Pippin, Upstairs at the Gatehouse) joins as cover Earth and Nathan Shaw (Mamma Mia! The Party, The Rocky Horror Show UK and international tour) joins as cover Humanity.
